An exceptional fine-dining experience is set to arrive at The Chedi El Gouna, bringing with it the artistry of internationally celebrated chefs and one of Europe’s most acclaimed dining concepts.

This intimate dinner series is limited to just 20 guests per evening, offering a refined, immersive gastronomic journey. The evenings will be hosted by Swiss brothers Dominik Sato and Fabio Toffolon, known as “The Twins,” — the award-winning chefs behind The Japanese Restaurant at The Chedi Andermatt, part of GHM Hotels' luxury portfolio.

Renowned for their mastery of modern Japanese cuisine and contemporary fine dining, the chefs have been awarded 2 Michelin Stars and 18 GaultMillau points, placing them among Europe’s most distinguished culinary talents. Their dining philosophy blends precision, innovation, and storytelling — transforming each dinner into a multisensory journey rather than a traditional meal.

Throughout the evening, guests will be guided personally by the chefs through a bespoke, multi-course menu, with each dish introduced, explained, and presented as part of a curated gastronomic narrative — creating a rare level of interaction, intimacy, and exclusivity.

Event Period

Daily dinner at Nihon will take place from April 14th to April 19th. Select dates will be exclusively reserved for VIP guests by invitation only.
